VIVA Signs Agreement with Kuwait Concierge providing customers with personal assistant services
Kuwait, April 12th: In line with its long term strategy to continuously provide its loyal and high value customers with unique services at all times, Kuwait Telecommunications Company VIVA, Kuwait's newest and most advanced mobile telecommunications service provider, announced today the launch of its Elite program providing customers with a personal assistant services.
The new VIVA Elite service will give priority to Elite customers at all customer service centres and the VIVA Concierge will be free of charge for postpaid selected customer , who will be eligible to enjoy and benefit from this unique service provided. The VIVA Concierge Services will provide the highest level of quality and personal assistance to VIVA's selected customers. In addition, VIVA Concierge service will enable customers to access a large list of VIP Airport lounges around the world, making VIVA the region's first telecom company that provides this service to its select customers.
This new service will be offered in a form of a membership card whereby every eligible customer will be entitled to get the VIVA Concierge Card to enjoy and benefit the variety of services being offered. The selected customers will be contacted by the assigned Personal Assistants through the VIVA Concierge contact centre to introduce the card and its benefits to the customers. The benefits include: Phone Secretarial Service, Travel arrangements, online shopping, Courier Services, Car Registration, and many more services.
