Kuwait February 3rd: In its ongoing participation to commemorate worldwide events and international national days, Kuwait Telecommunications Company VIVA is pleased to offer Sri Lankan citizens residing in Kuwait, the opportunity to celebrate Sri Lanka's national day by reducing international call rates to 50 Fils per minute, after the third minute on all calls.
