The incorporation contract and principal law of the company was adopted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry and Fatwa and Legislation Department, and documented at the Ministry of Justice in June 2008.
Following approval of the council of ministers, the decree number 187/2007 was released regarding the license of the incorporation of Kuwait Shareholding Company named "Kuwait Telecommunications Company" (KTC).
