• VIVA always strive to provide and maintain fast and reliable Broadband services to our customers around the clock. To maintain the standard as we promise, we are bound to maintain a certain Fair Use Policy (FUP) in the Internet service, keeping in view of the fact that few of our Broadband customers use file sharing software and download large files like music and videos, which results in engaging a lot of network capacity leaving less openings available to other customers. If this sort of downloading process takes place at peak time, it could affect the speed of the entire Broadband service. ‎
