- Send SMS to 100 to check your balance or redeem points
- Call VIVA customer care at 102

- You should accumulate a minimum of 100 points in order to redeem a reward
- Qitaf is not applicable to corporate accounts and for customers that are blacklisted (for fraud attempts and failure to pay bills)
