Postpaid Package:

*Unlimited BlackBerry Roaming service - Enjoy BlackBerry browser, BlackBerry Messenger ,  applications and much more, excluding all WAP usage through the VIVA browser.

Through BlackBerry browser customers can check their emails, facebook, YAHOO, Google but cannot stream. For example: if you want to check your facebook page through Blackberry browser this is UNLIMITED while roaming but If you want to view any video link on YouTube, this will redirect you to VIVA browser/WAP which will be charging while roaming.

Prepaid Package:

*   For three months

** Charges are applied in intervals of 10 KB

• Free Internet browsing is applicable while you are in Kuwait.
• Additional Internet browsing on VIVA Browser is charged at1 fils/KB.
• While roaming, all internet browsing through VIVA Browser is charged at 6 fils/KB.

How to activate BlackBerry® Service?

Postpaid subscribers can call customer care at 102 or visit the nearest VIVA store to activate their preferred plan. Prepaid customers can send “ON” via SMS to 214 to enjoy BlackBerry® services.

BlackBerry® service from VIVA is now available at our outlets or at our authorized dealers.

Note: Blackberry® service packages are available together with the Monthly rate plan. Monthly subscription fee of KD 3 will be charged in addition to the Blackberry® packages.
