SMS service

  • Add your personal signature to your messages. It’s a quick and convenient way to personalize your messages with a signature.
  • Back Up your important sent and received test messages as your messages will be stored online under your account to keep your phone clutter free.
  • Use the SMS Forwarding feature to avoid missing important messages when your phone is low on battery or it is not with you. You can forward your messages to another VIVA number.
  • SMS Barring feature enables you to keep junk and malicious SMS out of your inbox and it offers you flexibility to control the content on your phone
  • SMS Calling Receipt sends you message notifications that inform you about the status of your SMS/MMS (received or timeout).
  • Another feature is the SMS Called Receipt that informs a sender of messages that you have received their messages and you can also set the auto-send message contents.

  • VIVA Self-Care:login to VIVA Self Care and follow the instructions.
  • VIVA Customer Care: Call VIVA Customer Care at 102 and request for service activation.

How can you unsubscribe to VIVA Message Plus?

VIVA Message Plus service can be deactivated through one of these channels:

  • SMS: Send OFF to 633 via SMS.
  • VIVA Corporate Portal:login to VIVA Self Care.
  • VIVA Customer Care: Call VIVA Customer Care at 102 and request for service deactivation.
